"Arrival" is a painting that holds a very special place in my heart. I created it in the early spring, when I found myself longing for the warmth and light that comes with the new season. For me, one of the most beautiful signs of spring is the return of the migratory birds, especially the cranes. I’ve always been fascinated by these magnificent creatures—their elegance, their lifelong partnerships, and their love of dancing.
As I worked on this piece, I could feel the anticipation of something new—a fresh start, a brighter time ahead. And then, something magical happened. The day after I finished the painting, two cranes appeared on the field outside my home. It was as if they knew I was waiting for them. Seeing these beautiful birds, right after completing "Arrival," felt like a sign, a reminder of the joy and renewal that comes with every new season. It is a happy coincident, and it’s captured in this painting—my tribute to the beauty of nature and the hope that spring always brings.
